Is the figure legally binding?
No. It is an estimate from a rule held in STAK; the contract, company rules and agreements can change the result. Check with the labour authority or your adviser.
Why do some countries ask me to type the figures?
For countries where STAK holds no reviewed figure (Bahrain and Oman, for example) we ask for your own figures instead of guessing a statutory rule.
