Which rates are used?
Saudi Arabia 15%, UAE 5%, Bahrain 10%, Oman 5%. Kuwait and Qatar have no VAT. Rates can change, so confirm with your tax authority.
How do I take VAT out of a price that includes it?
We divide by (1 + rate): in Saudi Arabia a price of 115 including VAT is 100 before VAT plus 15 VAT.
