By using stakpos.com you agree to these terms. The STAK service itself is governed by the service terms shown and accepted when a workspace is activated.

Product interfaces and figures shown on this site are illustrative and use sample data; they do not represent real customers or results. Photographs are illustrative.

Pricing

Prices are shown in your currency (Kuwaiti dinars in Kuwait, each Gulf country’s own currency there, US dollars elsewhere) and may change. Paid plans are priced per back-office user; till, kitchen, staff-app and driver users are free. Payment processing, usage-based services and devices may carry separate fees; final terms and prices are shown in your account before any activation or purchase.

Sign-up

Signing up creates a free workspace and does not commit you to any payment. We may decline sign-ups that are abusive.

Payments through Paddle and refunds

Outside Kuwait, our orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, the merchant of record for those orders, which also handles their billing questions and refunds. Our refund policy is on the refund page.

Connected services

Payment methods, messaging and local services depend on your country and the providers you connect with your own accounts, and are subject to their terms.

Intellectual property

The STAK name, logo and site content belong to us and may not be used without permission.

Liability

The site and its content are provided “as is” for information. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the site’s content.
